Associate Tech Lead

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and React Native

Build modern web applications using Next.js and React

Requirement & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in mobile and/or frontend application development
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university
Strong knowledge of React and Next.js
State management experience in Flutter (Riverpod, BLoC, etc.) and React Native (Redux)
Experience in integrating REST APIs and third-party services
Good understanding of Git version control
Understanding of Conventional Commits and Git Hooks
Experience leading or mentoring development teams
Good understanding of responsive UI/UX principles
Understanding of Clean Architecture
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Fastlane for mobile app automation and deployment

Senior AI/ML Engineer

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to independently handle tasks through the full development cycle.
Strong contribution to development planning, effort estimation, and prioritization.
Commitment to high code quality, testing practices, documentation, and delivery standards.
Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical help and best practices.
Skill in reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of work delivered by the team.

Requirement & Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering with ML components.
Strong proficiency in Python with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Airflow and Apache Spark.
Solid understanding of Databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB, with ability to write optimized queries.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).
Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
Familiarity with MLOps concepts (model lifecycle, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring).
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows (branching, PR reviews).
Exposure to frontend and backend web development or mobile app development, useful for product integration and deployment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) – preferred.
Understanding of fraud detection, anomaly detection, or risk scoring – a plus.
