Position Specification
- Optimum utilization of available resources.
- Overlook daily operations within the project team and work on timely deliveries.
- Motivating, encouraging, and supporting team members.
- Liaising with foreign and local clients.
- Methodically communicate/facilitate project requirements among the team.
- Project tracking using a suitable methodology according to the situation.
- Supporting the Senior and the PMO on the daily operations.
Essential Requirements
- Reading or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent field.
- Professional qualification (PMP) / CAPM / PRINCE2 would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Sound experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Sound communication skills (oral & written).
- Able to handle work independently and work under pressure.
- Ability to travel overseas under any official requirement.
- Result oriented, can-do attitude with a positive mindset.
- Prior experience in the Telecommunication sector, Mobile App, Web Applications will be an added advantage.
- Knowing Jira is an added advantage.
